New York - March 2006

Emma and I flew to New York in March 2006, Emma's first time, my 2nd time. We had a crazy fun time with my best cousin Cheryl, she was a gracious host and tour guide. So much to see, so little time...and so little space for all the pictures, lol

We Are Moving!

Its been ages since I've been on my blog. Our big news is that we are moving to Airdrie. The Edmonton house has sold and we currently have an offer in on a house in Airdrie. I have been so busy lately between working the two jobs and dealing with the packing etc.

Easter

We had a fantastic weekend. We spent Good Friday at Mom and Dad Loewen's, had a great visit and went for a quick spin on the quad around the property. They are going to be drilling for oil on the land again. I had to work on Saturday but had a good evening with the family. Sunday morning we went to Church at Church on 99. It was a fantastic service, the music was enlightening and then we were off on our first motorcycle ride of the season.

Scrapbooking

I think I am finally going to get back to my old scrapbooking hobby. I have kind of vanished from the scrapbook world for about a year with exception of a recent Circle Journal Swap which I started so I could maybe get my scrapbooking mojo back. This week I tackled the spare bedroom and turned it back into its former self, my scrapbooking room. It is a nice warm and cozy 'yellow' room - bright and cheerful looking over the back yard. I can't wait to get in there and create and invite some scrapbooking gals over in the near future.

LAVISH

I am excited to be hosting a LAVISH party this evening. It is all about fashion, LAVISH has a gorgeous line of handbags, jewelry, watches, pashminas and sunglasses. Should be a great time with good friends and good ol' girly fun!
